Funerals at OLQA

The funeral home will call the Parish Office on your behalf to schedule the Funeral Mass. If you are planning a Memorial Mass, please call the Office to schedule. In both cases, the Mass can be customized by choosing the readings and music. Please use our Funeral Liturgy Planning Form as a guide.
