Food & Meal Outreach Ministries

Our Parish Food & Meal Outreach Ministries include three programs that provide nourishment and support to those in need.

1. The parish maintains an ongoing food collection for St. Vincent de Paul; nonperishable items may be donated at any time by placing them in the food bin located in the church vestibule.
2. The parish also partners with CT Foodshare to distribute food from the Foodshare Truck, which comes every other Tuesday at 2:15 p.m.
3. OLQA volunteers prepare and serve a monthly Open Meal Night at Spooner House, the only homeless shelter in the Lower Naugatuck Valley.
